After the introduction of onions, it’s time to welcome beetroot, the second of three new crops coming to the game soon. Beetroot is making its way to the gardens of your Gourmet Farm, where you can grow both normal and special seeds.

The flavorful dish Lobscouse, which we recently announced, will also use beetroot, along with onions and some existing ingredients: herring and eggs. 

Just like onions, beetroot will first be introduced to contracts. A few weeks later, it will also become part of Hard Worker Events and the Village Fair, giving you time to get familiar with the crop before it becomes part of events.
